Animal Task Force seminar on 16 November 2016 in Brussels

The Animal Task Force, a European Public-Private Platform promoting sustainable and competitive livestock farming in Europe, has published the programme for their seminar on 16 November 2016 on the circular bioeconomy in animal production.

The programme features speakers from the European Commission, the livestock sector, NGOs and academic experts, who will consider the role of livestock farming as a part of the circular bioeconomy and the contribution to more efficient agriculture. FEFAC President Ruud Tijssens will deliver a presentation on the feed use of foodstuffs no longer suitable for human consumption and co-products resulting from bioenergy production.
